Responsibilities

• Ensure program area operates in compliance with policies and funder requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with funders, partners, and employers.
• Oversee intakes and referrals, and conduct tours as needed.
• Screen participants for services per regulations and policies.
• Maintain online records to track participant progress and program performance.
• Assist in budget monitoring and billing coordination with accounting.
