Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science/Arts degree in Education, Rehabilitative Science, Business, or related field.
• Experience in business management, career planning, program coordination, reporting, public relations/marketing, and staff training.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with data analysis, reporting, and workbook development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Job Connection Centers and virtual services operations and outcomes.
• Support Career Navigation activities and staff development programs.
• Coordinate hiring events and community outreach; maintain employer/community partnerships.
• Support VITA Tax Preparation activities and digital literacy initiatives.
• Document and report program activities and results accurately.
