The role requires a high school diploma, strong customer-service skills, and a valid driver's license. You will maintain records, arrange appointments, and provide information from CareerLink resources.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and be able to meet car insurance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Explain CareerLink policies and services to customers by phone or in person.
• Review files and documents to respond to requests and address questions or complaints.
• Schedule/confirm appointments and maintain filing systems and databases.
• Create and maintain monthly bulletin board with CareerLink information.
• Facilitate use of UC Courtesy Phone and coordinate call-backs as needed.
