Job summary

Eckerd Connects is seeking a community-focused professional in Philadelphia to support participant development and program delivery. You will conduct outreach, maintain detailed records, and deliver skills training to improve work readiness and basic math/reading abilities.

You will also engage employers for job development, recruit clients, and manage data and paperwork to ensure program success. A driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• 3+ years relevant work experience with the targeted population.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications or online database tracking systems; able to manage a large participant caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and be able to drive for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Outreach/Recruitment through community activities relating to participant development and eligibility assessment per project plan.
• Maintain case records detailing service needs and activities per data-management procedures.
• Deliver skills training in software applications, work readiness, and basic remedial skills in math and reading; develop presentation and facilitation skills.
• Deliver program curriculum/objectives in classroom or simulated workplace environments.
• Job development by connecting with employers and community organizations to market and enrich the program and participant success.
• Identify and recruit target population of clients and employers; data and paperwork management.
