Qualifications

• Two years of experience in career advisement and development
• Bachelor's degree in education, social services, healthcare and/or communications
• Customer service experience required
• Ability to prioritize tasks and document visits and contacts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional understanding of a wide range of occupations and career paths

Responsibilities

• Build professional one-on-one relationships with clients to aid employment
• Provide case management and follow-up
• Conduct new client orientation and coordinate with schools and management
• Facilitate professional development workshops
• Maintain organized client database and documentation
• Document all participant contacts and activities
• Prepare project reports as needed
• Manage program offerings and weekly workshops
• Collaborate with business services to identify available jobs and required qualifications
• Develop and maintain a standard communication plan for staff
