Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Higher Education, Organizational Development or related field is required.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and career guidance is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain Career Advisor Certification within 18 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized career coaching and guidance to employees to identify goals and create career plans.
• Assist employees with resume development, interview preparation, LinkedIn optimization, and job searching.
• Educate employees about Tuition Assistance and coordinate with Marketing/Communications on program promotion.
• Develop external partnerships with colleges, trade schools, and workforce organizations within Washington state.
• Enter Employee Career Plans in Workday and track progress toward development goals.
