Community Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Cerner Application Analyst - Pharmacy to join the Cerner Application and Modernization Team.

You will help implement, manage, and modernize the Cerner Pharmacy Application, consulting on current and future workflows and ensuring design and testing align with CHS standards. As a senior analyst, you will identify risks, report status to leadership, and coach teams on data collection and system design requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or software engineering or equivalent.
• 6 years of direct Cerner application experience.
• 8–10 years direct application experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, build, test, and resolve issues in the Cerner Pharmacy Application.
• Consult on workflows and future-state mapping with clients and project leadership.
• Coach and mentor associates; maintain relationships and drive project timelines.
