Job summary

Community Health Systems is seeking a Cerner Connect Integrated Technology Sr Analyst to join our EHR Team. You will implement, manage, and modernize Cerner Connect technology within clinical settings, collaborating with stakeholders and project teams on net new, add-on, and optimization deployments.

You will guide configuration, troubleshoot device integration issues, support project events, and share best practices across client engagements in partnership with engagement management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years total combined healthcare IT consulting, HCIT support or client-facing IT solution work experience.
• 5+ years in HCIT-related roles.
• Experience supporting healthcare technology deployments and clinical workflow.

Responsibilities

• Provide implementation services for medical device connectivity products including CareAware Connect.
• Guide stakeholders and project teams through net new, add-on and optimization deployments.
• Troubleshoot device integration issues and assess risk during client engagements.
