Job summary

Community Health Systems is hiring a Senior Cerner Application Analyst- Nursing and Ancillaries to join our Cerner Application and Modernization Team. This role will help implement, manage, and modernize the Cerner Nursing and Ancillaries Application.

As a Senior Analyst, you will consult on comprehensive service line workflows, including current state and future state, and work with clients to map out stop-start-continue processes to determine how the system will be designed and tested while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, CS, business admin or related field or 8 years direct application experience.
• 6 years of direct Cerner application experience required.
• 8-10 years of direct Cerner application experience preferred.
• Experience with Agile methodologies or SDLC processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, build, test and resolve issues with the Cerner Nursing and Ancillaries Applications.
• Resolve complex problems and develop processes, techniques, and success factors.
• Identify, report status, risks, and issues to leadership and coach on data collection requirements.
• Consult with stakeholders to share configuration status, timelines and updates.
• Stay up to date on Cerner best practices for continual modernization.
