Community Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Cerner Application Analyst- Nursing and Ancillaries to join our Cerner Application and Modernization Team.

This role will help implement, manage, and modernize the Cerner Nursing and Ancillaries Application in alignment with CHS standards. You will consult on current and future workflows and map stop-start-continue processes to define design and testing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS/CS/Business Admin or related field, or 8 years of direct application experience.
• 6 years of direct application experience required.
• 8-10 years of direct application experience preferred; Agile methodologies or SDLC experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, build, test and resolve issues with the Cerner Nursing and Ancillaries Application(s).
• Resolve complex problems across groups and develop processes and success factors.
• Identify, report statuses, risks and issues to leadership and coach on data collection and system design requirements.
• Consult with stakeholders to share configuration status, timelines and updates, and verify requests.
• Stay up to date on Cerner best practices for continual modernization of the EHR.
