Job summary

The Arbors at Greenfield is seeking a part-time Scheduler to support our care team by creating and maintaining schedules for Resident Care staff, ensuring coverage for all shifts, and coordinating with leadership to align with resident needs.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, calm under pressure, with strong communication and teamwork. CNA or Home Health experience is a plus; on-call responsibilities apply with opportunities to pick up additional shifts as a Resident Care Aide if certified.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain schedules for Resident Care staff, ensuring appropriate coverage for all shifts.
• Ensure staffing levels meet resident needs and comply with policies.
• Communicate scheduling changes clearly to staff and leadership, including call-outs and shift swaps.
• Manage staffing call-outs and after-hours/on-call scheduling as assigned.
• Coordinate shift coverage by contacting team members and filling open shifts promptly.
• Collaborate with Resident Care Director, Executive Director, and department leaders to align schedules with care needs.
