Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Human Services, Operations, or a related field preferred.
• Experience leading, supervising, or managing people leaders, frontline operations teams, enrollment operations teams, or call center teams preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight across precare and care.
• Directly manage and develop Team Leads with clear expectations and accountability.
• Monitor enrollment workflows, intake pipelines, and onboarding progress to ensure timely activation.
• Drive KPIs including lead response, conversion, and enrollment completion.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer, state, and organizational requirements.
