FreedomCare LLC in Missouri seeks an Assistant Manager of PreCare Operations to lead HomeCare Sales, Intake, and Onboarding, ensuring a coordinated enrollment journey from inquiry to activation. You will partner with leadership to drive growth, coach frontline leaders, and manage cross-functional workflows with HIPAA and regulatory compliance in mind.

Ideal candidates have strong people leadership, data analysis, and process improvement skills, plus experience guiding hybrid or remote teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hybrid or remote teams and enrolling operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership across PreCare functions: Sales, Intake, Onboarding.
• Coach Team Leads and drive performance against KPIs.
• Monitor enrollment workflows, queues, and activation timelines.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state/payer requirements.
• Lead process changes and cross-functional collaboration.
