Job summary

Leisure Living Management in Owosso, MI is seeking a Care Supervisor to lead our shift team and oversee resident care. You must be on site during your shift to ensure safe, compassionate service in a warm community setting.

Responsibilities include orienting and training care staff, mentoring teammates, administering medications as ordered, and coordinating with the Director of Resident Care. We value teamwork, reliability and respectful communication with residents, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with Care Specialist I/II training.
• Must obtain CPR/First Aid within 30 days of hire.
• Experience in resident care or similar healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead orientation and training for care team members.
• Mentor staff to deliver respectful resident care.
• Administer medications per physician orders and policies.
• Review physician orders using eMAR with pharmacy support.
• Document daily care and maintain confidentiality and infection control.
