Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Care Team Lead for the community in Michigan. You will lead the care team on the second shift (2:30p-11p), ensure resident welfare, and coordinate care with the Director of Resident Care.

The role requires being on site during duty hours and has opportunities for growth and training. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, ensuring safe patient handling, managing medication administration per physician orders, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and successful completion of Care Specialist I and II curriculum within 90 days of hire and at least 6 months of recent experience as a Care Specialist or equivalent experience is required.
• Must have CPR/First Aid certification or obtain within thirty (30) days of hire.
• Must have demonstrable knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office in a Windows environment, with a capacity to master company specific software.
