Job summary

StoryPoint Shelby Township is seeking a Wellness Team Supervisor to supervise care staff in assisted living and memory care, ensuring residents receive compassionate, personalized assistance.

You will lead daily operations, coach staff, manage schedules, and uphold 1440 care standards while coordinating with leaders to maintain safety and quality of life. This role requires CNA with experience or equivalent, leadership background, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous Healthcare, Geriatrics or experience working with the elderly population preferred.
• 2 years Leadership Experience.
• Certified Nursing Assistant with at least 2 years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides coaching and support to care staff, monitoring performance and documenting corrective action as needed.
• Makes daily rounds to ensure care staff perform tasks according to care standards and regulations.
• Verifies care staff hours and maintains scheduling records to ensure coverage and budget adherence.
• Performs safety and infection control checks and coordinates with Wellness Administrator on health and safety matters.
• Maintains documentation per company policies and trains staff as required.
• Responds to emergencies and participates in on-call duties as assigned.
