Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Healthcare, geriatrics, or elderly care experience preferred.
• 2 years leadership experience required.
• CNA preferred with at least 2 years related experience or training.
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care staff day-to-day in assisted living and memory care.
• Ensure residents receive care and personalized assistance.
• Coordinate staff schedules and rounds.
• Monitor compliance with 1440 care standards.
• Participate in hiring, coaching, and disciplinary processes.
• Respond to emergency calls and weekends/on-call as needed.
