Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience; inbound call center preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• PC literate, Windows, MS Office.
• Able to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to support multiple clients across channels and utilize multiple systems.
• Attendance expectations must be met.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison with callers from multiple client accounts.
• Assist with questions and problem solving related to claims process and servicing.
• Perform claim intake and full-service customer support within regulatory requirements.
• Educate customers on documentation, timelines, and payment information.
• Enter verbal and written claim information accurately into the system.
• Direct calls to appropriate contacts or escalate to management as needed.
