Job summary

Wasatch Behavioral Health in Provo, Utah is seeking a Part-Time Care Team Assistant (Receptionist) to be the welcoming face of the PREP program for youths ages 13–26. The position offers a competitive wage of $17.50–$22.17/hour and a Monday–Thursday 9:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule.

You will greet clients and families, answer calls, arrange appointments, assist with front-office tasks, and support the team in coordinating care while protecting confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of clerical or secretarial experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) required.
• Solid computer and multitasking skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, families, and visitors with friendly, professional customer service.
• Answer incoming calls, direct questions, and connect clients with the appropriate team members.
• Schedule appointments and assist with general administrative needs.
• Support clients and families as they navigate PREP services and treatment options.
• Assist with paperwork, records, payments, and other front-office responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate and organized client records while protecting confidentiality.
• Communicate and coordinate with care managers, therapists, prescribers, and other PREP team members.

This rewarding opportunity offers a competitive wage of $17.50–$22.17/hour and the chance to make a meaningful difference for individuals ages 13–26 experiencing a first episode of psychosis or who are at high risk of developing psychosis. As part of a coordinated specialty care team, you'll help create a welcoming and supportive experience for clients and families while assisting with the administrative needs that keep services running smoothly.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
Compensation: $17.50–$22.17 DOE

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing. Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment in the position, you must provide an official copy of licensure or certification.
