The role collaborates with management and frontline staff to resolve scheduling conflicts, maintain availability lists, and assist with hiring, onboarding, and orientation for new staff, while complying with facility policies and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of administrative/clerical experience, staffing experience is a must.
• CNA or CMT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing schedules for nursing and other facility departments.
• Receive and act on requests for staff coverage promptly.
• Monitor staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage for resident care.
• Collaborate with management and frontline staff to resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain employee availability lists and contact information.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and scheduling orientation of new staff.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state staffing requirements.
