Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage schedules between clients and caregivers, report to the Operating Director, and assist in the growth of the local office in Lynchburg, VA.

You will handle shift staffing, ensure regulatory compliance, provide responsive customer service, and support general operations. A candidate with at least one year in home care and recruiting is preferred, thriving in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Qualificações

• Requires at least 1 year of experience in home care/healthcare.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule Management: align client needs with caregiver availability to ensure staffing.
• Compliance: ensure office compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Customer Service: handle inquiries from prospective and current clients and caregivers.
• Administration: support the Operating Director with daily operations.
• On-Call: rotate after-hours calls to ensure staffing and service continuity.
