Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate schedules between clients and caregivers to ensure full shift coverage.
• Ensure office compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Answer and route incoming calls from prospective and current clients and caregivers.
• Provide general operational support to the Operating Director.
• Rotate on-call responsibilities after hours to manage phone coverage.
