Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a health-related field or business management.
• 5+ years in a call center leadership role.
• Experience with patient scheduling and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Central Scheduling department and ownership of queue and agent performance.
• Monitor queues and phone system in real time and coach staff.
• Partner with operations and transformation to implement process improvements.
• Own performance KPIs and staffing, using data to drive staffing decisions.
