Senior Helpers is the nation's premier provider of in-home senior care, recognized as a GREAT PLACE TO WORK for six years. We are seeking a full-time Scheduling Coordinator based in our Mifflinburg, PA office to coordinate caregiver scheduling and support client care plans.

Primary responsibilities include arranging caregivers, maintaining schedules, and communicating with the Care Manager. On-call evenings and opportunities for advancement are available, with benefits after 30 days of

Formación

• Minimum of one year in a staffing/recruiting position.
• Professional experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of general healthcare staffing requirements.
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using telephones with multiple lines.
• Strong problem-solving abilities for scheduling conflicts.

Responsabilidades

• Select, schedule, and coordinate caregivers based on care plan information.
• Maintain scheduling and ensure coverage for next business day/weekend.
• Track and record in Matrix Care all scheduling events and share with Care Manager.
• Communicate areas of need for additional caregivers to the Care Manager.
• Audit time cards to ensure hours match scheduled hours.
• On-call rotating evenings during the week.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Care Manager.
