You will respond to staff requests, maintain staffing information, and work closely with internal teams, contract staff, patients, and referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of the staffing process and completion of workflow in Home Care Home Base to support operations of the Home Health Agency.
• Establishes and maintains positive relationships with internal staff, contract staff, patients/families, referral sources, etc.
• Responds to staff requests/concerns and patient scheduling requests; maintains information to coordinate patient services and staff availability.
• Promotes and demonstrates company core values and mission.
