Job summary

Comfort Keepers of Lady Lake, FL is seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler to coordinate in-home senior care schedules and maintain strong client relationships. You will work closely with the Client Care Coordinator and Management to ensure high-quality care and a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities include creating and managing caregiver rosters, communicating care updates to families, and assisting with staff onboarding and recruitment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of scheduling and/or health care preferred.
• Strong relationship-building skills with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional customer service and written/verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage time pressures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor client care schedules to ensure timely, high-quality services.
• Communicate care-related updates to team members, external providers, and client/family members.
• Assist with staffing of caregivers and full-cycle caregiver recruitment and onboarding.
• Support prospective client intakes and collaboration with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
