Comfort Keepers in The Villages, FL, is seeking a diligent Scheduler to join our Lady Lake office. This role coordinates client care, builds relationships with clients and staff, and ensures timely scheduling and updates. You will assist with staffing, onboarding, and intake processes, helping deliver high-quality in-home care.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma or GED, 2+ years of related experience, and strong computer skills. A valid driver’s license and background check are required.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of scheduling and/or health care preferred.
• Strong relationship-building skills with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional customer service skills and written/verbal communication.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work under time pressures and manage multiple demands.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass background check.

• Coordinate and monitor client care, create and manage schedules.

• Assist with staffing of caregivers and caregiver recruitment including onboarding.
