Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in staffing or as a scheduler.

Responsibilities

• Maintain schedules for services requested by clients.
• Monitor overtime and mileage records of employees.
• Provide direction to direct care staff to ensure safe and effective coverage of client needs.
• Maintain adequate numbers of available on-call staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and employee records.
