Job summary

ComForCare Home Care is seeking a Scheduler to oversee client service scheduling, coordinate staffing, and ensure compliance with agency policies. You will manage staff assignments and maintain confidentiality of client and employee information to support safe, quality home care.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong verbal and written communication, and prior staffing or scheduler experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Previous experience in staffing or as a scheduler.
• Add any additional state regulated minimum requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain schedules for services requested by clients.
• Monitor overtime and mileage records of employees.
• Provides direction to direct care employees to ensure safe and effective coverage of client needs.
• Maintain adequate numbers of available on-call staff.
• Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job, respecting client and employee records.
