Job summary

Senior Helpers of Columbia is seeking a detail-oriented Schedule Coordinator to manage caregiver assignments and ensure clients receive timely, quality care in their homes. This role supports a compassionate team and requires strong organizational and communication skills.

The Scheduler will handle day-to-day staffing, address emergencies, and maintain accurate records in our scheduling software, contributing to high client satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree preferred for advancement.
• Proven excellence in organization and communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload based on goals and priorities.
• Select, schedule, and coordinate caregivers for clients based on care plans.
• Maintain scheduling of caregivers and resolve conflicts, emergencies, or call-outs.
• Communicate updates to clients/families in a timely, positive manner.
• Log scheduling changes in company software and keep caregiver files up to date.
• Participate in on-call phone duty approximately two weeks per month.
