Job summary

The Wealshire in Bloomington seeks qualified and dedicated care providers to join our dementia/Alzheimer’s focused team. Starting pay is $22 per hour, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for eligible caregivers.

No experience required; training is provided and tuition reimbursement up to $4,000 a year. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, retirement plans, and holiday pay. Shifts include morning and evening options.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided and tuition reimbursement for CNA training.
• Shift hours include early morning and late afternoon/evening.

Responsibilities

• Provide dementia care and support to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living under supervision of nursing staff.
• Document observations and communicate with care team.

Hours:

5:45 AM - 2:00 PM, and1:45 PM–10:00 PM

No experience required – we will train and reimburse youfor your schooling if you desire to become a CNA.
