Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high quality service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and staff growth. You will apply clinical judgment and leadership to support teams and ensure adherence to PBS Corp.'s standards of excellence.

The role emphasizes collaboration with regional teams, scheduling and staffing, and maintaining documentation compliance, E Sign and post hire forms, while upholding ethical and clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure and/or BCaBA certification required.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills required.
• Ability to maintain compliance with state licensure and/or BCaBA requirements.
• Experience in program oversight and staff development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
