Rudolph Community & Care in Minnesota is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead operations at one house, supervise DSPs, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver person-centered care that respects residents' dignity and independence.

This full-time role offers meaningful leadership, on-site collaboration with guardians and case managers, steady professional growth within RCC, and a competitive $25/hour pay plus benefits in the south metro area.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 1+ year leadership.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and meet physical demands.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Team Leadership: Supervise and develop DSPs to deliver person-centered care.
• Operations Management: Manage staffing schedules, approve timecards, and provide on-call support as needed.
• Compliance and Oversight: Ensure site adherence to 245D regulations and licensing standards.
• Administrative Support: Collaborate with guardians, case managers, and healthcare providers. Maintain records, budgets, and medication audits.
• Daily Site Management: Oversee meal planning, activities, and home maintenance to ensure a safe, comfortable environment.
