Rudolph Community & Care in Minnesota is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee operations of one house, lead a dedicated team, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This full-time role focuses on person-centered care, staff development, and daily site management to create a safe, supportive home environment.

You will supervise DSPs, manage schedules, participate in medication audits, and collaborate with guardians and case managers.

Responsabilités

• Team Leadership: Supervise and develop DSPs to deliver person-centered care.
• Operations Management: Manage staffing schedules, approve timecards, and provide on-call support as needed.
• Compliance and Oversight: Ensure site adherence to 245D regulations and licensing standards.
• Administrative Support: Collaborate with guardians, case managers, and healthcare providers. Maintain records, budgets, and medication audits.
• Daily Site Management: Oversee meal planning, activities, and home maintenance to ensure a safe, comfortable environment.
