Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 1+ year of leadership.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities, including high behaviors.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and meet other physical demands.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise and develop staff to deliver person-centered care.
• Operations Management: Manage staffing schedules, approve timecards, and provide on-call support.
• Compliance and Oversight: Ensure site adherence to 245D regulations and licensing standards.
• Administrative Support: Collaborate with guardians, case managers, and healthcare providers; maintain records, budgets, and audits.
• Daily Site Management: Oversee meal planning, activities, and home maintenance.
