Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to attract top Care Pro talent for multiple locations.

This full-time, in-office role emphasizes a love-centered culture and high-volume hiring capabilities. The Recruiter will lead end-to-end recruitment, participate in job fairs andNetworking events, and ensure compliance with employment laws while maintaining a confidential and professional work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience with high volume recruiting required.
• Certification such as the SHRM Talent Acquisition Credential, SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar desired but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen effectively.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality of information.
• High sense of urgency while meeting deadlines
• Sound judgment and good decision-making
• Demonstrated discretion, integrity, and fair-mindedness consistent with office standards, practices, policies, and procedures
• Demonstrated complex problem solving with the ability to organize and prioritize work
• Current driver’s license, insurance and good driving record

Responsibilities

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Expeditiously schedule and conduct interviews. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Attends and participates in job fairs and recruiting sessions.
• Select new Care Pros based on organizational requirements while meeting minimum acceptable performance standards in both quantity and quality.
• Following the Home Instead Senior Care Standards; conduct reference checks, criminal background and motor vehicle check, etc.
• Coordinate and schedule new Care Pro orientation with Branch.
• Demonstrate open and effective communications.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented.
• All other duties as assigned
