Job summary

Home Instead - We Care Senior Care, Inc in Wisconsin is seeking a Recruiter to recruit top Care Pro talent through online posts, referrals, and community networking for multiple locations. This is a full-time, in-office position, focused on recruiting rather than general HR.

As the face of Home Instead in the community, you will conduct interviews, screen candidates, coordinate orientations, and ensure compliance with employment laws while upholding our Love(v) culture and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• High sense of urgency meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Schedule and conduct interviews; ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Attend job fairs and recruiting sessions.
• Select Care Pros based on organizational requirements while meeting performance standards.
• Conduct reference checks, criminal background and motor vehicle checks.
• Coordinate and schedule new Care Pro orientation with Branch.
• Demonstrate open and effective communications.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
• All other duties as assigned.

About the Role

The Recruiter is focused on recruiting top Care Pro talent through on-line posts, internal referrals,

and community networking for multiple locations.

This is a full-time, in office staffing and recruiting position, not a general HR role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Expeditiously schedule and conduct interviews. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Attends and participates in job fairs and recruiting sessions.
• Select new Care Pros based on organizational requirements while meeting minimum acceptable performance standards in both quantity and quality.
• Following the Home Instead Senior Care Standards; conduct reference checks, criminal background and motor vehicle check, etc.
• Coordinate and schedule new Care Pro orientation with Branch.
• Demonstrate open and effective communications.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented.
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience with high volume recruiting required.
• Certification such as the SHRM Talent Acquisition Credential, SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar desired but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen effectively.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality of information.
• High sense of urgency while meeting deadlines
• Sound judgment and good decision-making
• Demonstrated discretion, integrity, and fair-mindedness consistent with office standards, practices, policies, and procedures
• Demonstrated complex problem solving with the ability to organize and prioritize work
