Thriveworks is seeking a Care Partnerships Associate who lives in Alabama, Mississippi, or Louisiana to expand access to behavioral healthcare by growing a network of referral partners across the state.

Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of healthcare partners, educating stakeholders about Thriveworks services, and using data to prioritize opportunities. The role emphasizes proactive outreach, relationship-building, and territory strategy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in business development, healthcare outreach, sales, account management, or related field.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with outbound outreach and developing new relationships.
• CRM experience; Salesforce strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow referral partnerships and increase referrals and client visits.
• Develop strategies to grow partnerships and new referral relationships.
• Identify high-potential providers and organizations in assigned markets.
• Educate partners on Thriveworks services, referral pathways, and insurance.
• Maintain accurate account information in Salesforce and track performance.
