Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Roseburg, OR is seeking caring Care Partners to provide direct resident support with daily living activities, safety, and comfort. You will work in a team to promote dignity and independence while ensuring residents feel valued.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, mobility, and engagement in life enrichment programs. A compassionate, patient attitude and weekend availability are ideal. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current state-approved caregiver certification (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA) or ability to obtain.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, maintaining safety and privacy.
• Promote independence and dignity through compassionate care.
• Support participation in life enrichment activities and social engagement.
• Assist with light housekeeping and daily chores as needed.
• Communicate openly with residents, families, and team members.
