Wellstar Health System is seeking a Care Partner to support patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse. The role focuses on promoting a positive patient experience and assisting with daily living activities, vital signs, and basic care.

Responsibilities include collaboration with the healthcare team, documentation in EMR, and adherence to safety and infection control policies. Minimum education includes a High School Diploma or GED and BLS certification upon hire.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; rising senior considered.
• BLS Basic Life Support (or ARC/BLS) required upon hire.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilités

• Assist with daily living activities and basic patient care.
• Support patient experience by partnering with nursing and healthcare team.
• Take and report vital signs as directed.
• Assist in patient admissions and transfers as needed.
• Document care and coordinates with RN using EMR.
