Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a Care Partner to support daily patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse. You will assist with ADLs, comfort measures, and basic tasks while communicating with the healthcare team to promote a positive patient experience.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to follow directions, and documentation in the EMR. A current BLS certification is required or obtained upon hire, with a structured environment focused on patient safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a State-approved CNA or PT program preferred.
• BLS certification required or must be obtained upon hire as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and comfort measures under RN supervision.
• Perform clerical tasks such as data retrieval, supply maintenance, and transporting medications.
• Support safe, age-appropriate, and culturally aware patient care and document care in the EMR.
