Arrow Senior Living is seeking a part-time Care Partner in Battlefield, MO. You will support residents with daily living activities and foster a compassionate, home-like environment for seniors and teammates alike.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
• Active, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping required.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Create empathy-driven interactions and build connections with residents.
• Support residents in daily activities and promote a positive environment.
