Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner at Hudson, OH to provide compassionate assistance to residents in a home-like setting. You will help with daily activities and build meaningful connections with residents and the team, promoting empathy and respect throughout all interactions.

The role requires a positive, energetic attitude, basic computer skills, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude who will love residents.
• Able to print documents and enter information about residents.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Must be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting after a fall.
• Criminal background clearance.

Our pay range for Care Partner is: $1 9 -$ 2 4.25 per hour!

Shift Schedule- Flexible

What are we looking for?

• You must be able t o assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
