Arrow Senior Living in Hudson, OH is hiring a Care Partner for the 6pm-6am shift. This full-time role offers a compassionate work environment, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for growth within the company.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide empathy, and help create a supportive community. Must be 18+, able to read and communicate in English, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Create an inclusive and positive environment through empathy and teamwork.

Position—Care Partner

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Hudson, OH

Care Partner pay range: $19 - $24.25 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday

Week 2: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday

6:00pm to 6:00am

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You will possess computer skillsto be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
