Job summary

Arrow Senior Living in Liberty, MO is seeking a Part-Time Care Partner to join our team on an overnight schedule (Wed 7:00pm–7:00am). Compensation ranges from $17.50 to $25 per hour. You will support residents with daily living activities and help create a warm, compassionate home.

We value empathy, reliability, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, lifting up to 50 pounds, and maintaining a safe, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• English proficiency required to read and communicate with residents.

• Must be able to stand, move, and assist with ADLs throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Support residents in a home-like environment and foster empathy and inclusion.
• Maintain safety and assist with transfers and occasions after a fall when needed.

Care Partner

Position Type: Part‑Time Location: Liberty, MO Pay range: $17.50 - $25 per hour Shift Schedule— Wednesday 7:00pm to 7:00am

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You will possess computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
