Vitalia Active Adult Community at Montrose is hiring a Care Partner in Copley, Ohio. The role is PRN with a flexible shift schedule, starting wage $18–$24.25 per hour.

You will support residents with daily living activities and create a caring, engaging environment. Requirements include at least 18 years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, English communication with residents, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
• Criminal background clearance.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You will possess computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
