Arrow Senior Living in Liberty, MO is seeking a Care Partner for the 7pm–7am shift on a part-time basis. The role offers hourly pay between $17.50 and $25, with responsibilities including assisting residents with daily living activities and providing compassionate care in a home-like environment.

Ideal applicants are 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, possess English literacy, and demonstrate a positive, energetic attitude toward residents.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Up to 50 pounds assistance and daily ADL support.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Provide empathetic, resident-focused care to promote quality of life.
• Engage with residents to create a positive, inclusive environment.
