Job summary

CARE PARTNERS is seeking a Care Partner to support elders with daily living activities, health monitoring, and emotional encouragement. You will participate in meals, social activities, and light housekeeping while communicating with families and colleagues to ensure a high quality of life for residents.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and compassionate service in a senior living setting, with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• Will ingness to learn and work within a team environment.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers who only speak English.
• Licensing documentation (if required by your state) and be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Observe, document, and report changes in elder health or behavior to Wellness Team.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to elders.
• Assist with meals and possibly feed elders needing support.
• Engage in social and recreational activities to support well-being.
• Communicate with elders, families, team members, and guests.
• Maintain general cleanliness and light housekeeping.
