Job summary

Highgate at Bozeman is seeking a Caregiver Care Partner to support residents in our assisted living and memory care community. You’ll assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• CPR & First Aid trained or willing to obtain.
• Ability to obtain state caregiving license (if applicable).
• Current negative TB test.
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout shift; transfer up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Strong time management; able to work independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Provide companionship and purposeful engagement throughout the day.
• Support dining, hydration, and basic housekeeping tasks that promote a safe, clean environment.
• Observe and promptly report changes in condition; document care per policy.
• Follow infection control, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Assist with transfers and mobility using safe techniques and equipment.
• Partner with team members and families to honor resident preferences and routines.
