Arrow Senior Living is hiring a Care Partner for the Vitalia North Royalton community in North Royalton, OH. This part-time role supports residents with daily activities, fosters empathy, and helps maintain a warm, home-like environment.

You’ll assist with ADLs, monitor safety, and partner with a caring team to enhance residents’ quality of life. We value a high school diploma, English communication, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude with love for residents.
• Must have basic computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling and stooping.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to assist residents with ADLs after a fall.
• Criminal background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

Position Type: Part-Time

Location: North Royalton, OH

Care Partner pay range: $18 - $24 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Monday and Wednesday

7:00am to 7:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
